How do I access my new Gaggle account?

NOTE: Access to your old MECnet email is no longer available.  You may access your new email from our Fall River Schools homepage.

To check your email do the following: 

  1. At the top of our district website's homepage, enter your current email username in the format of username@fallriverschools.org.  For example: jsmith@fallriverschools.org.
  2. Enter the password that you use to log into your COMPUTER, NOT YOUR CURRENT EMAIL PASSWORD!!!  If you do not know your password, please call the technology support center at 508-675-8402.
  3. Once you successfully log in you will have to click "Jump To" and then select "Velocity" if you have a newer computer and wish to use a newer interface (pictured below, right).  If you have an older computer and want to use the interface that has been tested to work well with older computers, choose the interface called "Gaggle 3.0" pictured below left.
  4. Gaggle 3.0Velocity If you are using the version on the left (Gaggle 3.0) and you wish to change to the new interface on the right, click "jump to" and then select "Velocity."  If you are using the "Velocity" version on the right and wish to switch back to the version that works better on older computers, Gaggle 3.0, then click "switch back" at the top right hand portion of your screen near your username.  You may switch back and forth whenever you'd like because both versions keep all of your mail and preserve all of your folders!
  5. For help using your new email, call 1-800-288-7750.
